Isporuka robe
Isporuka proizvoda vrši se na teritoriji Republike Srbije u saradnji sa kurirskom službom.
Planirani rok isporuke je 2-3 radna dana.
Termini isporuke zavise od doba dana kada poručujete, kao I od dana u nedelji. Ukoliko se radi o području u kojem se prijem pošiljke odvija samo određenim danima u nedelji, blagovremeno ćemo Vas obavestiti o terminu isporuke nakon prijema porudžbine. Ako je porudžbina izvršena preko vikenda (subota i nedelja), dostava se vrši na način kao da je primljena prvog radnog dana nakon vikenda. Isporuka se ne vrši nedeljom i praznicima koji su neradni dani.
Plaćanje
Plaćanje proizvoda prilikom kupovine u našoj internet prodavnici nicolasconceptstore.co možete izvršiti platnim karticama [Maestro, Mastercard, Dina Card, Visa, American Express] pod uslovom da kartica podržava plaćanje preko Interneta (što možete da proverite kod banke koja Vam je karticu izdala).
Plaćanje karticama se obavlja na bezbedan i sertifikovan način preko banke Intesa i [CorvusPay Paymet Gateway-a], tako što ćete uneti podatke sa platne kartice a onda potvrditi plaćanje u poljima namenjenim za to na stranici za plaćanje.
Na osnovu potvrde plaćanja banka autorizuje transakciju i time je porudžbina odobrena što znači da ulazi u proces pripreme za isporuku. Iznos sa porudžbenice u tom trenutku je rezervisan na Vašoj kartici (računu) i neće Vam biti raspoloživ za drugu namenu. Transakcija će biti završena a iznos sa porudžbenice skinut sa Vašeg računa tek kada su proizvodi spremni za dostavu i predati kurirskoj službi.
U slučaju da se plaćanje ne kompletira, odnosno iznos se ne skine sa računa u roku od 14 dana od dana prihvatanja Vaše porudžbine, ta porudžbenica će biti otkazana i izbrisana. U tom slučaju, nakon isteka roka od 14 dana i otkazivanja porudžbenice, novac rezervisan na Vašem računu se oslobađa i ponovo Vam je na raspolaganju. Nakon toga možete ponoviti istu ili napraviti novu porudžbinu i izvršiti plaćanje vezano za njih.
Dostava robe
Naručenu robu dostavljamo putem kurirske službe. Sva naručena roba će biti obrađena i dostavljena u najkraćem mogućem roku. Međutim, molimo vas da imate na umu da vrijeme dostave može varirati u zavisnosti od lokacije, kurirske službe i dostupnosti proizvoda.
Molimo vas da unesete tačnu adresu dostave prilikom kupovine. Ne možemo biti odgovorni za kašnjenja ili izgubljene pošiljke ako je adresa dostave pogrešna ili nepotpuna.
Politika reklamacija
Proizvodi koji se prodaju putem naše internet prodavnice praćeni su dokumentacijom koja je zakonom predviđena za konkretan proizvod, uključujući i garantne listove proizvođača. Ukoliko se pojavi potreba da reklamirate određeni proizvod, mi ćemo ispuniti sve zakonski definisane obaveze prodavca, na isti način kao da ste robu kupili u klasičnoj prodavnici.
Trgovac odgovara za nesaobraznost robe u periodu od dve godine od dana prelaska rizika na kupca, uzimajući u obzir vrstu i prirodu robe. Roba koja se prodaje sa garancijom proizvođača koja traje duže od dve godine od dana prelaska rizika na kupca, može se reklamirati tokom celog perioda trajanja garantnog roka.
Trgovac neće i ne može biti odgovoran za pogrešno kupljene proizvode ili bilo koje druge greške koje se odnose na Vaše postupke prilikom kupovine u internet prodavnici.

POSTUPAK REKLAMACIJE
Postupak reklamacije se pokreće na zahtev kupca telefonskim putem na +381 11 26 26 872 i/ili elektronskim putem slanjem elektronske pošte na adresu ncsfashiongroup@gmail.com
Prilikom reklamacije, kupac (podnosilac reklamacije) je dužan da saopšti/dostavi prodavcu sledeće podatke: ime, prezime i kontakt detalje podnosioca (adresa, telefon, e-mail) i račun ili drugi dokaz o kupovini (kopija računa, slip i sl.) spornog proizvoda.
U skladu sa odredbama Zakona o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti (“Sl. glasnik RS”, br. 87/2018), ovim putem kupac (podnosilac reklamacije) se obaveštava da ovlašćeno lice prodavca upisuje u evidenciju primljenih reklamacija i obrađuje podatke o ličnosti podnosioca reklamacije koji su neophodni za ostvarenje svrhe upisa u navedenu evidenciju i reklamacije, i to: ime i prezime i kontakt detalje podnosioca (adresa, telefon, e-mail), kao i da saopštavanjem/dostavljanjem traženih podataka kupac daje punovažan pristanak za obradu pomenutih podataka o ličnosti u svrhu reklamacije.
Kupac (podnosilac reklamacije) je dužan da vrati/pošalje predmet reklamacije prodavcu, o sopstvenom trošku, na sledeću adresu: NCS FASHION GROUP DOO, Uzun Mirkova 4, 11000 Beograd. Najkasnije u roku od 8 dana od dana prijema reklamacije i predmeta reklamacije, prodavac će elektronskim putem odgovoriti potrošaču na izjavljenu reklamaciju i obrazložiti svoj odgovor. Odgovor prodavca na reklamaciju kupca može biti pozitivan (reklamacija se prihvata) ili negativan (reklamacija se odbija). U svakom slučaju, odgovor mora da sadrži odluku da li se reklamacija prihvata, izjašnjenje o iznetom zahtevu kupca, konkretan predlog i rok za rešavanje reklamacije ukoliko je prihvaćena.
Rok za rešavanje reklamacije ne može da bude duži od 15 dana, od dana podnošenja reklamacije. Ukoliko prodavac iz objektivnih razloga nije u mogućnosti da udovolji zahtevu kupca u roku koji je dogovoren, dužan je da o produžavanju roka za rešavanje reklamacije obavesti kupca i navede rok u kome će je rešiti, kao i da dobije njegovu saglasnost o tome. Prodavac je dužan ovo da evidentira u evidenciji primljenih reklamacija. Produžavanje roka za rešavanje reklamacija moguće je samo jednom.

Prikupljamo samo neophodne, osnovne podatke o kupcima/ korisnicima i podatke neophodne za poslovanje i informisanje korisnika u skladu sa dobrim poslovnim običajima i u cilju pružanja kvalitetne usluge. Dajemo kupcima mogućnost izbora uključujući mogućnost odluke da li žele ili ne da se izbrišu sa mailing lista koje se koriste za marketinške kampanje. Zaštita poverljivih podataka o transakciji
„Prilikom unošenja podataka o platnoj kartici, poverljive informacija se prenose putem javne mreže u zaštićenoj (kriptovanoj) formi upotrebom SSL protokola i PKI sistema, kao trenutno najsavremenije kriptografske tehnologije.
Sigurnost podataka prilikom kupovine, garantuje procesor platnih kartica, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, pa se tako kompletni proces naplate obavlja na stranicama banke. Niti jednog trenutka podaci o platnoj kartici nisu dostupni našem sistemu.“
Izjava o konverziji
Sva plaćanja biće izvršena u lokalnoj valuti Republike Srbije – dinar (RSD).Za informativni prikaz cena u drugim valutama koristi se srednji kurs Narodne Banke Srbije. Iznos za koji će biti zadužena Vaša platna kartica biće izražen u Vašoj lokalnoj valuti kroz konverziju u istu po kursu koji koriste kartičarske organizacije, a koji nama u trenutku transakcije ne može biti poznat. Kao rezultat ove konverzije postoji mogućnost neznatne razlike od originalne cene navedene na našem sajtu.
Povraćaj sredstava - pravo na odustajanje
Poštovani kupci, obaveštavamo Vas da se prema Zakonu o zaštiti potrošača ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 62/2014, 6/2016 - dr. zakon i 44/2018 - dr. zakon) kupovina preko naše prodajne internet stranice nicolasconceptstore.co smatra prodajom na daljinu.
Zakon za slučaj prodaje na daljinu ustanovljava pravo kupca, koji se smatra potrošačem (fizičko lice koje proizvod kupuje radi namirenja svojih individualnih potreba, a ne radi obavljanja profesionalne delatnosti), da odustane od ugovora u roku od 14 dana od dana kada mu je proizvod predat. Prilikom odustanka kupac može, ali ne mora da navede razloge zbog kojih odustaje.
Obrazac/Izjava o odustanku od ugovora proizvodi pravno dejstvo od dana kada je poslata trgovcu.
U slučaju odustanka od ugovora, potrošač ima pravo na povraćaj novca ili na zamenu za drugi proizvod. Cena se kupcu vraća po prijemu proizvoda, i nakon što se utvrdi da je proizvod neoštećen i ispravan.
Kupac je dužan da proizvod vrati bez odlaganja, a najkasnije u roku od 14 dana od dana kada je poslao obrazac za odustanak. Po isteku roka od 14 dana od dana kada je poslao odustanak, proizvod se više ne moze vratiti.
Prilikom povraćaja robe obavezno je vratiti u ispravnom i nekorišćenom stanju i originalno neoštećenom pakovanju, pri čemu se mora priložiti i račun-otpremnica koju je kupac prethodno dobio uz porudžbinu.
Po prijemu proizvoda, utvrdiće se da li je proizvod ispravan i neoštećen. Kupac odgovara za neispravnost ili oštećenje proizvoda koji su rezultat neadekvatnog rukovanja proizvodom, tj. kupac je isključivo odgovoran za umanjenu vrednost proizvoda koja nastane kao posledica rukovanja robom na način koji nije adekvatan, odnosno prevazilazi ono što je neophodno da bi se ustanovili njegova priroda, karakteristike i funkcionalnost. Ukoliko se utvrdi da je nastupila neispravnost ili oštećenje proizvoda krivicom kupca, odbiće se vraćanje cene i proizvod će mu biti vraćen na njegov trošak.
Prodavac je dužan da potrošaču bez odlaganja vrati iznos koji je potrošač platio po osnovu ugovora, a najkasnije u roku od 14 dana od dana prijema izjave o odustanku, a nakon prijema proizvoda.
Troškove vraćanja robe i novca snosi kupac, sem u slučajevima kada kupac dobije neispravan ili pogrešan artikal.
U slučaju vraćanja robe i povraćaja sredstava kupcu koji je prethodno platio nekom od platnih kartica, delimično ili u celosti, a bez obzira na razlog vraćanja, NCS FASHION GROUP DOO je u obavezi da povraćaj vrši isključivo preko VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex i Dina metoda plaćanja, što znači da će banka na zahtev prodavca obaviti povraćaj sredstava na račun korisnika kartice.

Delivery of products
The delivery of products is made in the territory of the Republic of Serbia in cooperation with a courier service.
The planned delivery period is 2-3 business days.
Delivery times depend on the time of day when you place the order, as well as the day of the week. If the delivery is to an area where the receipt of the shipment takes place only on certain days of the week, we will inform you in a timely manner about the delivery date after receiving the order. If the order is placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the delivery is made as if it was received on the first business day after the weekend. Delivery is not made on Sundays and holidays that are non-working days.
Payment
Payment for products purchased in our online store nicolasconceptstore.co can be made by payment cards [Maestro, Mastercard, Dina Card, Visa, American Express], provided that the card supports online payment (which you can check with the bank that issued your card).
Payment by cards is carried out in a secure and certified manner through the bank Intesa and [CorvusPay Paymet Gateway], by entering data from the payment card and then confirming the payment in fields intended for this on the payment page.
Based on the payment confirmation, the bank authorizes the transaction and the order is approved, which means that it enters the preparation process for delivery. The amount from the order is reserved on your card (account) at that moment and will not be available for any other purpose. The transaction will be completed and the amount from the order will be deducted from your account only when the products are ready for delivery and handed over to the courier service.
In case the payment is not completed, i.e. the amount is not deducted from the account within 14 days from the day of acceptance of your order, that order will be canceled and deleted. In that case, after the expiration of the 14-day deadline and the cancellation of the order, the money reserved on your account is released and available to you again. After that, you can repeat the same order or make a new one and make payment related to them.
Delivery of products
We deliver the ordered goods through a courier service. All ordered goods will be processed and delivered as soon as possible. However, please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the location, courier service, and product availability.
Please enter the correct delivery address when making a purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost shipments if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
Returns policy
The products sold through our online store are accompanied by documentation required by law for each product, including manufacturer warranty documents. If you need to make a claim for a particular product, we will fulfill all legal obligations of the seller in the same way as if you had purchased the goods in a physical store.
The merchant is responsible for non-conformity of the goods for a period of two years from the day of the transfer of risk to the buyer, taking into account the type and nature of the goods. Goods sold with a manufacturer's warranty that lasts longer than two years from the day of the transfer of risk to the buyer can be claimed throughout the entire warranty period.
The merchant is not responsible for incorrectly purchased products or any other mistakes related to your actions during the purchase in the online store.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
The returns procedure is initiated at the request of the customer by phone at +381 11 26 26 872 and/or by sending an email to ncsfashiongroup@gmail.com.
When making a claim, the customer (claimant) is required to provide the following information to the seller: the name, surname, and contact details of the claimant (address, phone, e-mail) and the receipt or other proof of purchase (copy of the receipt, slip, etc.) of the disputed product.
In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection ("Official Gazette of RS", no. 87/2018), the customer (claimant) is hereby informed that the authorized person of the seller enters the received claims into the register and processes the personal data of the claimant necessary for the purpose of entering the data into the register and dealing with the claims, namely: the name, surname, and contact details of the claimant (address, phone, e-mail), and by providing the requested information, the customer gives valid consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of resolving the claim.
The customer (claimant) is required to return/send the subject of the claim to the seller at their own expense, to the following address: NCS FASHION GROUP DOO, Uzun Mirkova 4, 11000 Belgrade. Within a maximum of 8 days from the day of receiving the claim and the subject of the claim, the seller will respond to the customer's claim by e-mail and explain their response. The seller's response to the customer's claim can be positive (the claim is accepted) or negative (the claim is rejected). In any case, the response must contain a decision on whether the claim is accepted, a statement on the customer's request, a specific proposal, and a deadline for resolving the claim if accepted.
The deadline for resolving the claim cannot be longer than 15 days from the day of submitting the claim. If, due to objective reasons, the seller is unable to meet the customer's request within the agreed deadline, they are obliged to inform the customer of the extension of the deadline and the new deadline for resolving the claim.

The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the complete payment process is performed on the bank's pages. At no time are payment card data available to our system."
Conversion statement
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Refund - Right to Withdraw
Dear customers, we would like to inform you that according to the Law on Consumer Protection ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 62/2014, 6/2016 - other law, and 44/2018 - other law), the purchase through our sales website nicolasconceptstore.co is considered a distance sale.
The law provides the right for the customer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who purchases a product for their individual needs, not for professional purposes), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the product is delivered. The customer may or may not state the reasons for the withdrawal.
The withdrawal form/statement has legal effect from the day it is sent to the merchant.
In case of contract withdrawal, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The price is refunded to the customer upon receipt of the product, after it is determined that the product is undamaged and functional.
The customer is obliged to return the product without delay, at the latest within 14 days from the day of sending the withdrawal form. After the expiry of the 14-day deadline, the product cannot be returned.
When returning the product, it is mandatory to return it in a functional and unused condition, in the original undamaged packaging, and attach the invoice-delivery note that the customer received with the order.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is functional and undamaged. The customer is responsible for any malfunction or damage to the product that is a result of inadequate handling, i.e. the customer is solely responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it in a manner that is not necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality. If it is determined that the malfunction or damage to the product was caused by the customer's fault, the refund will be refused, and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
The seller is obliged to refund the amount paid by the consumer under the contract without delay, at the latest within 14 days from the day of receipt of the statement of withdrawal, after receiving the product.
The cost of returning the product and the money is borne by the customer, except in cases when the customer receives a faulty or incorrect item.
In case of returning the product and refunding the money to a customer who previously paid with a payment card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, NCS FASHION GROUP DOO is obligated to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods, meaning that the bank, at the seller's request, will refund the funds to the user's account.
